Dinosaurs in the Bathroom

The best thing about being an RA is the fact that it offers so many ridiculous opportunities to practice careful communication.

Here is the situation that I was introduced to today:

I came back to campus after a weekend at home only to find all four of the mirrors in my bathroom covered in paint. Someone decided that our bathroom would look better with a few more dinosaurs and a few less reflective surfaces.

Here was my challenge, make the dinosaurs go away so that the custodial staff is not inclined to hurt me-without overreacting to a simple prank.

This email was my solution...

I attempted to keep the mood of the email light, while still making that point that the Barney was no longer welcome in my bathroom!

The next morning my bathroom mirrors were clean!!!
